Painted Aluminium Coil / Color Coated Aluminium Coil:

We have three high speed and continuose colour coating lines with an annual production capacity 20, 000 tons of painted aluminium coil, operating at a thickness 0.2mm-1.2mm, and width 1000mm-1600mm.
-Single Coating Line: Thickness from 0.05mm-0.5mm, width 1300mm max.
-Double Coating Line: Thickness from 0.2mm-1.2mm, width 1300mm max
-Triple Coating Line: Thickness from 0.2-1.0mm, width 1600mm max

All coating lines are controlled by digital electric equipment and equipped with Siemens colour coating control system, LENZE(Germany) electronic control system. These three colour coating lines enable us to maximise customer satisfaction.
